A Practice-Focused Visit at ADMM for Barrier-Free Life Care and Rehabilitation on December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities


Hitit University Health Services Vocational School Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Program students visited the Barrier-Free Life Care Rehabilitation Family Counseling and Support Center as part of their Mental Health in Disabled course, accompanied by Dr. Faculty Member Neslihan Nur Pehlivan.

During this meaningful visit, which coincided with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd, students met with individuals receiving services at the institution to develop their communication, observation, and practical skills. Group activities were organized to support the social and psychological well-being of individuals with disabilities.

This event provided students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in the field, while also contributing to the awareness-raising goal of December 3rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
